Over the years, the increase of power boats has increased and as a sailor I have noticed how hardly any of the boat owners respect speed limits. I believe that TM should be on constant patrol and should also be very strict. It is not the first time i have witnessed a speed boat leaving a bay with people swimming at 20 knots, when they should be moving at a VERY slow pace. Having said that, people on sailing boats also break the law in various ways, but none as dangerous as the speed issue.
