No need for an interview to become LSA1 or LSA2

LSAs who continue to study and succeed in attaining certificates and diplomas should become LSA1 or LSA2 without interviews. The achievement will be shown in their certificates. LSAs in church schools already benefit from this idea. This suggestion has been also sent to the present Ministry of Education and he agreed. Hope you will value our idea. Thank you.
