Valletta is our Capital City and must be treated like. Way back in Valletta they installed electronic bollards to prevent the entry to the pedestrian area but it have never been used and its a pity as this can be a good way to prevent delivery vans and other vehicles from entering the pedestrian zone during rush hours but still they abuse. As everyone knows in the past years there have been terrorist attacks around the world by driving on pedestrians. This system could prevent a lot!
