Sustainable development of homes

Sustainable development of homes

All to often is the site of a home being demolished and a number of apartments being built, remaining unsold. As it is, Malta is the most densely populated country in the EU and one of the most densely populated countries in the world, with about 1,265 inhabitants per square kilometre (3,000 per square mile). Already considering the population density, a sustainable development plan must be introduced a a number of factors must be taken into account.

Yes I agree that tiny Malta is over built and populated. also agree that there are tens of thousands of properties ready to be sold or to let. I want to recommend that if a house is demolished the developer MUST build a house and NOT a block of apartments and no more building permits for apartments with immediate effect.
