I propose a brand new, challenging, state-of-the-art motoring race track for both locals and foreigners who would like to be able to show off their driving skills and abilities without the need to close, block off or re-direct traffic causing unnecessary chaos in certain parts of the island. The location could be built on top of a landfill - see link -(http://edition.cnn.com/2007/TECH/07/26/ji.semakaulandfill/) which would include a vast carpark and garden park, restaurant and coffee shops.
