I am a pensioner.Some pensioners have cars that they only use on a Sunday, weather permitting. I am paying Eur768.00 for the road license, to use my car for only maybe 32-40 times in a year and for short distances. But it's a car I always treasured I'd have in my old age since my youth. It's not much a 1998, 1.8 Ltr BMW Z3. with 190 co2 emissions. A more sensible road license charge would make more sense.
