Every citizen should be allowed to take photos/videos of drivers who break traffic regulations. Most drivers who often commit contraventions do so because they are on the lookout for policemen and wardens. If every citizen is allowed to submit photos/videos to the police or wardens I'm quite sure that several drivers will think twice before committing an offence. Several cars are equipped with Dash-cams these days which is a perfect tool for recording contraventions. SAFER ROADS!

This is a good idea but should not replace police or wardens from doing their job.
Its a good idea like this drivers will be more responsible of there actions. Abusive drivers when they spot a Police car all of a sudden they become pro by using there indicators, giving way to other cars, stopping on the amber of the traffic when usually they press the gas!, stop on the zebra crossing ect...
