I feel that like myself there are disabled person drivers who find it impossible to park in open space parking areas like the Malta International Airport and also in garages like MCP. It will be a good idea to create an additional lane specifically for persons with special needs that drive and maybe vocally all the necessary information could be given and maybe we could be exempted from paying the fee too. Updated info could be given by KNPD so that there won't be any form of abuse.
