A lot of Mothers have stopped there work to become Stay home Mothers/Wives. these people take care of the house and children and don't get what they deserve they have been hurt a lot. I believe that at least a little money would be given to them if not every month every year.
That's their choice. I don't see why we have to fork out more money to subsidise someone's maternal instinct.
