Blue Badge & Yellow Disability Card: 20019 I suffer from chronic pain along my right side. The pain has severely increased. My house has stairs & a non interconnecting garage accessible through a steep hill so i cannot use it. I will have to move to an alternative dwelling with an interconnecting garage I recommend that people who have to change their property due to health reasons have a reduction on the tax related to buying a property which caters for their needs.
