Many countries have a Good Samaritan law that deals with the legal status and consequences of persons giving aid to others persons in need. We are trying to promote people learning first aid but there are persons reluctant to give first aid because of legal consequences. It is time that Malta gets a Good Samaratin law in place.
Such a law can easily reduce certain kind of mortality rates
