I would like to ask if proposal is based on impact assessment surveys and expert opinions. As a Geography University student I am very much aware of environmental issues, potentially damaging if such a proposal is executed without proper planning and research. I ask from where to where will tracks be laid down? through which land? How will it impact ODZ areas? Because it is my particular field of interest I would like to know more before I decide how to vote. 1st time voter.
