After more than 30 years of neglect and total abandonment I think it is about time someone takes care of the old Empire Stadium. This land should be taken over and redeveloped into a multi sports complex including indoor and outdoor facilities instead of the current eyesore.
That is private property and PN cannot adopt such policies of expropriation. And certainly not another block of flats but if anything an open landscaped garden linking to the Ta Xbiex / Manoel island
