Every year 10 prizes of €20,000 each are given to those non fast food eat in places which have the best and cheapest menu - this could be a pizza, pasta, meat, fish or other menu. This is an off-the -top-of-the-head idea which needs substantial further thinking. The objective is to encourage industry off the price upward spiral.
