Let's face it, 'Education' and 'Enforcement' can't always come through for us and when they fail, or some other cause for an accident is to blame, the last 'E' we have to rely on is 'Engineering'. In the context of road safety, I refer to the engineering behind the road-safety infrastructure, which should ideally be as up-to-date as it can possibly be. In Malta, this is not the case ! There are incredible systems in place around the world, which we should definitely install here.
