To creat a system whereby citizens eligible to vote and study/work abroad are able to cast their votes electronically from abroad i.e. Not having the need to travel to Malta. This should save money spent on flights to bring voters over to Malta
Such a waste of money to stay bringing everyone down every time and many lost votes because it's just not always possible
Eliminates the pantomime of getting over those who are abroad at great cost and avoids discrimination. Should be possible in this day and age.
