May I suggest that consultations are done directly with the workers and not in an executive/professor's office ONLY. Executives and professors might come up with good intended ideas but they cannot accept and understand the situations of the employees. It is very easy to conceive ideas but the problem would be how to implement them without undue pressure on the low and medium citizens.
