I think that in this day and time ,Malta needs to update its ambulances.and its drivers I have had the unfortunate experience first hand to be taken by ambulance from my house .The two drivers that came had no idea as to what to do while I was having a back spasm and could not walk ,nor sit down with out screaming in pain .These so called drivers have no medical experience what so ever.We need trained medics on all ambulances not just when you call and request for one
