There should be elderly day centres for elderly people who are semi-dependant to take care of them while their relatives are at work. A nurse or carer should be stationed at the centre to help with basic needs. A good transport system to the centres could also be beneficial. Additionally, classes could be organised to keep the elderly active and entertained.
