Introduce and enforce measures to decrease the suffering of livestock destined for slaughter. Ban transport of livestock to slaughterhouse in inadequate vehicles during busy traffic hours. Increase awareness of slaughtering methods and equip slaughterhouses with public accessible video surveillance. Ban any slaughtering method where livestock is non-sedated, irrespective of religious beliefs. Ensure adequate living conditions in stress-free environments.
