Senior citizens in the public service

The services of octogenarians and those in their seventies are not to be allowed to continue occupying important roles or headship positions in the public service or sectors. Their employment in top positions are blocking the careers of those who are younger and better qualified. There must be a capping on the age limit that a person may be allowed to work full time or part time within the public service or sector or other positions funded by the State.
