It is possible to create a route exclusively for walking and bipedal traffic linking the Mosta/Naxxar/Attard/Lija/Balzan connurbation to the University, since this is the biggest source of students. This route would pass through minor roads between the Mosta - Lija Cemetery - B'kara bypass on the right and San Gwann on the left, in some cases requiring expropriation of a small amount of unused land and or small bridges over secondary roads to ensure dedicated non-stop use, avoiding traffic fume
I love the idea that one day Malta could be bicycle friendly. It as so much potential for it and it would be so good for the majority of the population.
