Building of EcoGozo, we should capitalise on the genuine food, agrotourism, pride in cooking that characterises Gozo to make is a foodie paradise. Special financial support for non-GM and organic produce and husbandry; special support for food trails, upscaling of indigenous venues and environment/landscaping respecting local values; high-level training to all catering staff; invention of new recipes and reinterpretation of traditional ones.
