Many pensioners I know, including my parents, do not afford to pay for an Internet subscription. On the other hand they have relatives abroad who are well off, who they would love to keep contact with, using mainly Skype. Also, they have all the time to learn new skills uisng Youtube or to read about the world around us and keep up to date. Free internet would be greatly appreciated.
I think that Malta shall become a wifi country whereby internet will be free for everyone
C Attard - depends what you mean. Pensioners need internet at home not free internet one finds in hotspots
