Decrease congestion on the roads by introducing Sea Ferries (preferably electric/solar powered).
A direct one from Imsida to Gozo multiple times a day would make the life of Gozitan students easier. Much easier. God knows how many times a month they arrive at Cirkewwa, after a 50 minute trip and three hours waiting time on a bus stage and the ferry leaves whilst bus passengers are entering the terminal!
