Bullying is a phenomenon which takes different forms of acts which undermines the confidence and self-esteem of victims. My suggestion is that from the early stages of education, pupils are taught basic, friendly skills on how to prevent and how to anticipate acts which lead to bullying and put a stop for such actions. Inclusivity is another important aspect which needs to be addressed and encouraged. Diversity is fruitless without inclusivity.
