A scheme was started and the abandoned to re build and restore all old rubble walls all over the island .This seemed to have been abandoned after a short term . These walls should be protected and incentives given to maintain and re build however more than this a serious project should be carried out to re build and repair ALL rubble walls plus the collection of unused building stones which are scattered all over the place and make most roads look shabby .
