We all know the problem of parking in Malta. The idea is to remove an existing public garden or play area, build parking spaces underground, and then rebuild the garden/playarea on top of it. These parking spaces which will be underground, can be rented by us (people) for example 400 euros a year. All of these money will go to the local council where the garden/playarea is located which will be used for maintenance of the locality. By this we will also benefit regeneration of public spaces.
