There have been too many changes in the education system with no consultation. TEACHERS MUST BE CONSULTED in every decision as they are one of the stakeholders of the education system. The problems that our schools are facing nowadays is due to lack of consultation. In addition to this teachers must have a proper wage that reflect their responsibilities and their duties. Remember teachers are building tomorrow society
