System is highly flawed. It does not favour the well-being of the children but leans towards their parents. The system should allow more children to be adopted when their parents are either unfit to care for them or neglect them . Many children are not even given the opportunity to be adopted as court cases take way too long and parents are given way too many chances .Apart from this better services should be provided all round to these children - healthcare, education etc
