Have a CCTV system spread all across malta. This system will be monitored by personnel which will actively take action by sending the desired law enforcement to help traffic flow or in case of an accident. This can also be matched with digital traffic signage which can be used to update traffic direction (where possible) to ease traffic congestion. It will help in the national security and reduce crime rate due to the 24 hours surveillance on the island.
