Students who are in an internship should be given an incentive by being paid a rate not below that of the minimum work. Students will be encouraged to conduct internships which will give them the hands on experience required. Therefore, when they engage in their actual employment they will have sufficient theoretical knowledge and experience which will help them contribute further towards the organisation they work for.
